P1 Wimax baru menambah pencawang yang terbaru di Kampung Ulu Pauh (dalam kawasan berdekatan Politeknik Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin & Unimap) & Taman Medan Sepakat (berdekatan Titi Chai).

Perkhabaran terbaru yang saya dapat ialah rangkaian 4G kedua iaitu Yes 4G sudah ada di Perlis anda boleh ke laman webnya untuk tinjau adakah rumah anda ada dalam liputan.

Berita terbaik setakat ini yang saya dengar ialah naiktaraf sistem yang dibuat oleh DiGi Telecommunication untuk menggunakan sistem 4G terbaru, terstabil & terpantas, LTE (Long Term Evolution). Berita dari laman web DiGi, mereka sedang giat menaiktaraf sistem di Lembah Klang & Shah Alam setiap hari. Mereka cuba untuk mencapai sasaran 400 pencawang setiap bulan. Jadi, rasanya dalam hujung tahun 95% Semanjung Malaysia akan diliputi rangkaian DiGi 4G LTE.

Untuk pengetahuan anda, di Amerika sekarang pun, operator talian mudahalih sedang giat upgrade ke LTE. Dari apa yang saya sedang selidik, smartphone LTE yang dikeluarkan di sana dah boleh pakai kat sini. Huh... cuba anda tengok website operator disana, banyak model-model yang sangat menarik di sana. Hmmmmm.... boleh la kalau ada sedara-sedara kat sana, kirim balik set dari sana. Nanti LTE dah start, dah ada phone yang boleh pakai.

iOS vs Android: More battle to be fought

During the last quarter of 2011 we saw more disputes were brought up by these mobile giants Apple & Samsung. We saw Galaxy Tab 10.1 were banned for sale in most of Europe, Australia & a few more country. Then the Australian court dismissed the banned for Galaxy Tab 10.1. Now, Apple is hunting more manufacturer who use Android for their devices. Latest was HTC. Out of 10 patents which Apple claimed HTC copy iOS for their Android devices, 1 got the hit. And now, HTC have to remove it.
I just read an article last night, Kodak (the then 'imaging giant') also step in to court business. Kodak which is waiting in line to file for bankruptcy, has had an enlightenment. The company is now chasing after Apple, HTC, RIM & maybe others for infringement on its patents.
So now, its not just 'OS War' its patents war is more profitable.
